  1. Throw away any thoughts of a happy holidays message, fall back or spring forward, your awards and accolades, recent sales or new sales opportunities. This is for relationship building outreach. I promise you, as the consumer, I do not need another Happy Memorial Day email.

  2. Keep it short, edit and spell check. Three sentences, 4 maybe.

  3. Be authentic. Sure, use AI for ideas, but then make it your own.

  4. Think of all of the questions your clients have asked you, Use that for content. Share brief stories. Think about your unique value and what you can provide, like a home valuation, handyman referral. And ask for a referral every few months.

  5. Now, create your automated outreach campaign in your CRM. Be sure to write enough content to cover all of the months in your campaign. If you are crafting a sphere of influence campaign and want it to last 3 years, craft 36 messages.
